Fluffernook Reseller Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: May 1, 2025

Welcome to the Fluffernook family! These terms govern your participation in our wholesale reseller program. By submitting a reseller application and placing an order, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

To qualify as a Fluffernook reseller, you must:

  • Operate a brick-and-mortar retail location with a children’s section
  • Provide a valid reseller permit number
  • Agree not to resell on third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon, Etsy, eBay)

2. Ordering & Payment

  • Minimum opening order: 3 books
  • Orders are invoiced upon acceptance and must be paid in full before shipping
  • Payment methods accepted: Credit card

3. Wholesale Discount

  • Resellers receive a 40% discount off the suggested retail price
  • Retail pricing is recommended, not enforced, but we encourage alignment with MSRP to support brand consistency

4. Shipping

  • Standard fulfillment time: 15–20 business days
  • Shipping costs will be added to the invoice unless otherwise stated
  • Books ship from our U.S. print partners and may arrive in separate packages

5. Returns & Damaged Goods

  • All sales are final; we do not accept returns on unsold stock
  • Damaged or defective books must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos for replacement consideration

6. Marketing Materials

  • Resellers are granted access to shelf talkers, signage, and digital downloads for in-store promotion
  • You may use our official logos and product images for promotional use only—do not alter them

7. Territory

  • Resellers are welcome to sell in their physical store and on their store’s website
  • You may not rebrand or white-label Fluffernook books

8. Termination

  • Fluffernook reserves the right to revoke reseller status at any time for violations of these terms

9. Expanded Distribution

  • Select titles are available through Amazon’s Expanded Distribution. We do not control pricing or availability through that channel.
